UI updates to home, item button, and #59

Lot of UI updates:

Home page has ads
Changed one text view in the catalog fragment
Catalog fragment uses getUnique functions for the pants and shirts
Hamburger drawer no longer has back buttons when you go to other top level stuff (catalog, about, support, etc...)
Added an imageslide module from a github repo
Updated Item button to have different font sizes for the name and price
Formatted Item button price text with "$xxx.xx"

Feel free to change anything u dont like :p
