Description

Add a pull request template to better define testing that should be done before a PR is submitted.

Nice addition. My only suggestion for an addition would be to add a comment on how to tick the boxes. I presume you just stick an x within the brackets?

Yeah you just fill them in with an x, or if you click preview I'm pretty sure you can just click on the tick box. I'll add an extra comment.
