Description

Work in progress, still has some scripting issues (for loops especially) and a few TODOs left. References #39

Testing

Is being tested in a virtual machine with 5 drives

[ ] Tested UEFI install to successful boot
[ ] Tested BIOS install to successful boot

Code

[x] When necessary, comments have been added in hard-to-understand areas
[ ] The changes generate no shellcheck warnings or errors.

Thanks a lot for this :bowing_man:

Would it make sense to split this PR into two? One for adding support for encryption and another one for the 2+ disks setup? It might be easier to continue with the dev efforts and merge that way.
