fix: Update README with run instructions #3

@danbsts ~Please update the readme later with the email sending dependencies.~ I've checked the cmd line instructions above and they run fine when commenting the e-sender and rabbitmq lines inside the docker-compose.yml file.

Are there any dependencies left?

@danbsts I've added e-sender and rabbitmq as dependencies for now. If we change it later we may remove them from the README.md file.
