simple_smash_stats is too long of a website name to type for when it becomes a website, and sss (i.e., its' acronym) isn't memorable enough.

Here's what needs to be done:

[x] update remote (i.e., description + repo name)
[x] update README, and remove any other possible mentions of SSS or Simple Smash Stats.
[x] update binary name, and its' insides.
