This PR is to test out the minor changes I made to the repo (develop is the default branch) and actually requiring reviews on pull requests before merging.
Additionally it will build out some super basic stuff for the game loop

[ ] BBD Game Engine
[ ] 3x3 board object
[ ] Camera Object
[ ] Render the board and a gray background when we run the program
