Optimize for small (eg mobile) screens #232

206 only works well on wide screens

The dashboard also could stand to work better on narrow screens.

I know this is a general ticket; we can make more specific ones when we get there, if we want.

I think it's actually pretty important to have a good shopping experience on mobile. Event management can wait a little longer, but shopping we should maybe prioritize a bit more.
