Add Event creation templates #29

It would be great to have brambling set up to (by default, at least) auto-create a few standard items (with options) and discounts depending on what the event type and dance style are.

Bumping this as important and adding a few other thoughts:

Someone brought up to us today the fact that they will be creating a number of events that share the same price structure and form questions. We should allow organizers to "clone event" and/or "save event as template" in which case you could select a template when creating an event.

They also brought up that they have to ask questions which are provided to them by Pinewoods, the venue. For this case maybe there should be "shareable templates" so that Pinewoods could create a template and orgs that host camps at Pinewoods could use that.
