Internationalization

I'm going to treat this as a master ticket for i18n components. We should create tickets for sub-components and link them as we go.

• [ ] I18n of text
  • [ ] I18n of templates. Use {% trans %} and {% blocktrans %} around all text phrases.
  • [ ] I18n of models field names and help text. Use django.utils.translation.ugettext
  • [ ] I18n of forms field names and help text. Use django.utils.translation.ugettext
  • [ ] I18n of text strings in views. Use django.utils.translation.ugettext
• [ ] I18n of addresses. Models will have to be restructured somehow. Maybe just making sure postal codes work?
• [ ] Table of countries that we support financial transactions in and which processors support those countries should be available somewhere.

I've updated the text of the ticket above to include more granular tasks. We can also open individual tickets (and link them above) as work work on the various parts of this.
