Clarify explanation of pricing #827

Got this from a user:

I noticed Dwolla and credit cards are listed as having the 2.5% charge, but checks are free. further down Dwolla is listed as having no processing fee. Was hoping you might explain this stuff to me. :)

We should improve the design of the fees page for clarity. See for example Eventbrite's pricing page:
