Depends on: #895, #894, #892, #889, #896.

Steps:

[x] Lower DNS TTL as low as possible
[x] Upgrade to paid dynos
[x] Deploy maintenance page to current dancerfly server at /var/www/maintenance/index.html
[x] Migrate database
[x] Copy media files to S3
[x] Confirm production readiness (smoke test)
[x] update www.dancerfly.com DNS to point at heroku
[x] update dancerfly.com DNS to redirect to www.dancerfly.com
[x] monitor closely
