Remove django-zenaida dependency #916

Zenaida was supposed to be a centralizing factor between our repositories, but in fact it's now just a layer of indirection for parts of brambling. Maintenance would be simpler if we could get rid of it.

When we merge this change, we will need to verify that forms are still working as expected, since the templates will be duplicated in both brambling and zenaida during the transition period.
