the only issue is:

Warning(prcgen):W14001: Hyperlink not resolved:  /Volumes/work/Projects/kindlefodder/src/smooth_coffeescript/sections/001/sub.Exerciserange.html

How am I suppose to link inside of generated html files to each other?

Do you mean an internal hyperlink within the document?

yeah
