@dmitry OK I have a first cut at this in the repo. ruby -Ilib recipes/github_readmes.rb. Please add some useful Rubygem READMEs to recipes/github_readmes.yml

OK I changed the way this works a little. You add the README urls to a Wiki page first, then the recipe uses that to source the content.

It can be generated easily with ruby -Ilib recipes/github_projects.rb
