Jump to actual file inside VIM

Hi,

I think a nice feature to add would be the ability to jump to the file source and line number of the current method you are looking at in the ri docs. I find my self looking at the actual code a lot if the ri documents are lacking in detail.

@cj ri.vim was not written for this use case. Please consider to use pry for going into the implementation code.
