Once the group is converted to supergroup, thus having 2 chat ids, plugin sends enormous amount of text messages non-stop containing the following text:
Hello! Your chat id is ''.
If you want to receive notifications about Teamcity events please add this chat id in your Teamcity settings
This continues as long as the plugin is enabled regardless of the chat ID you put in the telegram notification settings in TC.
