Add to pipeline remove of inhuman values #7

Make sure the units are ok. Consult with Dan there are unclear units.

Inhumane values missing for the following lab tests:

  1. Temperature
  2. Diastolic blood pressure
  3. Heart Rate
  4. Lactic acid
  5. Neutrophils
  6. Oxygen saturation
  7. Respiratory rate
  8. Systolic blood pressure

Attached. (a) Please notice that Heart Rate == Pulse. (b) Please confirm that there are different values for neutrophils absolute count (#) vs. neutrophils percentage (%)
