Missing data in lab_patient_data_mimic_extract_2

I want that the creation of 'lab_patient_data_mimic_extract_2.csv' will be part of the pipeline and would be generated according to the list labs_mapping as its input.

Cuurently not all the data from Mimic-Extract appears in this file. For example, these ITEMID codes are missing from the current 'lab_patient_data_mimic_extract_2.csv': Albumin - 50862 Red blood cell - 51279 Hematocrit - 50810, 51221.

Please review carefully the table from MIMIC-Extract, and add all the missing ITEMIDs and features (Add also the vital signs: Pulse, BP - Systolic and diastolic, Saturation, Temperature, Respiration Rate which are also appeared in Appendix A of mimic-Extract).

Implementation

• Added the preprocessed lab data generation to pipeline as part of the pull request - https://github.com/dancoster/DrugLab/pull/16.
• Missing ITEMIDs can be added to the mappings in src/utils/constants.py
