PHPCI name might not be a good idea. #104

As mentioned in the license FAQ of PHP itself, it is not idea to include PHP in the name.

But we would really prefer if people would come up with their own names independent of the PHP name.

Just wanted to point that out. Kind of in relation to #102, which would be strange if PHPCI had grunt support.

If I'm honest, I didn't know about that licensing restriction... With that being said though, a lot of the tools we integrate with would also be violating that, and quite a few are written by core PHP devs:

PHP Mess Detector
PHP Code Sniffer
PHP Unit

And so on.

I think for the time being, it makes sense to use a name that describes the tool's purpose as clearly as possible. :)
