Thank you for pointing out this mistake in the UG, the statement should be "WEIGHTAGE
should be an integer between 0 and 100 inclusive." It is actually intended that TAs can add assessments of 0% weightage to give them the flexibility to track aspects of their students' performance that are not counted toward the final mark. For example, the TAs can track their students' marks for homework that is not part of the overall grade.
We argue that this bug is of severity.VeryLow as the user is able to use the command as intended and the message in the app indicates the valid range for WEIGHTAGE

Reason for disagreement: Since VeryLow should only be reserved for cosmetic or UI related issues, since this has an effect on the advised behaviour, I believe it should be a Low
The UG states that assessment weightage should be between 1 to 100 inclusive, but I can make assessments with weightage 0.
Likewise, the error message and the UG is not sync with the spec on the allowed set weightages
