How to export a .vcf file to a computer? #80

1.Simply I cannot understand how it works.I want to export a .vcf file that is 
in the SD card to a computer.
I´ve downloaded the latest version available in Google Play today, 3rd 
November 2012, the mobile is a Samsung-S3. In the PC Windows 7 is OS.
Somebody did it?.
