Minimum paragon for this script? #18

So far at 0-150 paragon this script hasn't been working well. What are the minimum stats this script was designed to operate at? Lots of issues like improper power management, not regulating oil, etc.

hi, I started testing with 100+ pp, with <300 pp kittens can die some times in early game.
