A couple of things that seem they could work better:
When resetting with a bunch of time crystals, most of them are wasted on Temporal Batteries as soon as possible. I'm not convinced Chrono Furnaces are the best usage for the first few relics either.
Data Centers may be built before their energy cost can be supported (this does not require Energy challenge but can happen at least with Anarchy challenge as well). In order to react to negative energy, all Calciners are shut down, halting titanium production, even if this does not turn energy production positive. After this, progress is very slow. It seems it would be better to keep the Calciners running.
