Waiting for localhost #59

I am trying to run the vqa demo on jupyter notebook, but it keeps saying in the browser "waiting for localhost", do you know which port is it supposed to run on? And if so, may I know how to change it if possible ?

Note: the demo was loading for several minutes and the browser kept saying waiting for localhost
