[CLOSED] Custom column header Sample not working #192

I deployed the Dandelion-Datatables JSP Demo. However when I brows to the page http://localhost:8080/demo-datatables-jsp/basic/customheader the custom header has multiple check boxes in it instead of just one master one. I deployed the demo as I was having the same issue in my own application using version 0.8.14.
