A quick test has been done to reinitialize the columnFilter addon in a fnReorderCallback but it fails.

There are a couple of things to test:

try to clean the HTML markup before reinitializing the filtering addon (but the filtering elements can be placed at different locations depending on the filterPlaceholder table attribute)
add a new option in the filtering addon to allow a clean reinitialization
