Option to disable the DHCP server #111

There should be an option to disable the DHCP server, while keeping the rest of the functionality (PXE, TFTP, HTTP). This would allow pixieboot to be used alongside an existing DHCP installation - provided you go through the legwork to properly configure the existing DHCP server.

Never mind. README.booting clarifies why this isn't necessary.
