DOC: describe abbreviations used in development

"any other" is too vague. Will submit a mighty PR for DLP.

I'd suggest either listing the other abbreviations we use in this issue, or closing it in favor of specific improvements we can make organically.

now we have https://github.com/dandi/dandi-archive/blob/master/DEVELOPMENT.md#abbreviations and then later hopefully we move them into the handbook which centralized information across sub-projects
