test_reextract_metadata some times times out on NFS #1507

needs checking amount of time it generally takes I guess when it does not time out and seeing if it is really a matter of raising time out (check if we could custom time out higher and only on NFS) or there is more to it. We have test logs on drogon:/mnt/backup/dandi/tinuous-logs/dandi-cli/ to see if reported slow in general etc. @asmacdo could you please look/summarize more on this test timing etc?
