Add symbolic link towards the community toolboxes & addons #123

This PR creates a symbolinc link towards the folder where the community toolboxes and addons are installed. This exposes the installed addons to the user from the home folder.

If this ends up merging, lets also bring this change into to do-eks branch. Note that the dockerfiles live in images not docker in that branch.

@satra Looking forward to meet you on Monday, along with Alexis & Stephen Larson from MetaCell. We'll briefly run/demo the base container to level set on the current state. This sym link PR would help with understanding at a glance what the configured environment provides users.
