add codepen domain #84

@waxlamp - unfortunately the cors request is being made from https://cdpn.io, so this has to be updated to include that domain.

i don't know, but possibly since the client is running on codepen.io. otherwise we would have to remove check and put back if necessary. i thought the original cors errors were from codepen.io, but i can't remember.

I still need to run the plan and apply steps; can't do it right now but soon.
