Links to Cognitive Atlas #179

I would like to be able to annotate datasets with terms from the Cognitive Atlas such "CONCEPTS" and "TASKS". I think this would fit in the SUBJECT MATTER OF DATASET category, but none of the category options (Disorder, Anatomy, Generic Type) seem to fit. I suppose we could use Generic Type, but it might make more sense to create Concept and Task categories to match the Cognitive Atlas.

What would be the best way to add these types of entries manually?

@bendichter - adding would be to dandi-schema. regarding integration with LLM's, we should consider where useful. many of the chatgpt responses are often incorrect, so we would need some way to validate (even whether links work).

Yes, I realized that although the terms selected were quite good, many of the links were wrong, so the LLM approach would require some engineering.

note that both Cognitive Atlas and CogPo (http://www.cogpo.org/) are both "supported" for annotation of functional data in BIDS: https://bids-specification.readthedocs.io/en/stable/04-modality-specific-files/01-magnetic-resonance-imaging-data.html#fmri-task-information so if we are to add , might at least name them the same way (CogAtlasID CogPOID)
