Scripts to download, rescale, and use photos for team members #57

The need came up with today's downtime of github when I was giving a presentation where team page was enabled and @bendichter photo was not showing :-/ To avoid dependence on external hostings, I think it is better to embed all photos.

scripts were generated by chatgpt through iterative improval ;-) I reduced the size to be more lightweight and consistent - now some where too large and thus causing undue bandwidth consumption to display.

Not yet 100% certain that such specification of photo would work -- do you know @satra? I don't have jekyll working locally atm to try somehow.

BTW -- download of photo only didn't work for @djarecka url for some reason -- was getting html, so I just did wget for that single one "manually"
