Thanks @waxlamp and @yarikoptic. I have updated the photos (dimensions to 512x512, resolution to 144x144, format to jpg) to match several of the other team member photos. (I am not sure how to match their spacing in the rendered layout, since it appears that the images are responsive to the screen size [i.e. <img class="img-responsive">], but perhaps I am misunderstanding this piece.)
