validation hanging #968

Validation of https://dandiarchive.org/dandiset/000165/draft has been hanging for hours.

The metadata seems fine to me now. I checked the logs and I see two validations in the recent past, one at Nov 11 23:36:30Z and one at Nov 11 23:38:30Z (UTC).

I think the issue is that there is a backlog of checksums to calculate, I see ~100 assets currently sitting in the queue. This would cause problems with validating a newly uploaded dandiset since the assets don't have checksums yet, but metadata changes would still be validated immediately.

I will temporarily bump up resources to deal with the backlog.
