Use correct model to validate published datasets #18

This PR closes #17.

Additionally, this PR makes validator for DANDI metadata more general so that it can be used to validate against any DANDI metadata model instead of just the Dandiset metadata model.

This PR is based on #16. To get the relevant commits of this PR, merge main after #16 is merged to main.
