Add git submodule or copy of OpenScope DataBook #79

A user wondered if they could immediately dive into the Allen OpenScope DataBook from launching the DANDI Hub

I think this would be possible if we added a git submodule here pointing to https://github.com/AllenInstitute/openscope_databook, or just copy/paste it over time (to keep up to date)

Or alternatively if the Hub were configured to grab both the example-notebooks repo as well as the databook repo on launch that could work too

on any page in the openscope databook the jupyterhub icon in the rocket icon opens on dandi hub if they have access.

we are working towards a different hub deployment that should make this even cleaner, but i would say this is already possible.
