`fa` entity should be renamed to `flip`, if appropriate #2

The dataset contains an fa-<id> entity, which is not documented by BIDS, the assumption is that it is meant to represent the flip angle, recorded in BIDS as flip-<id> (though the dataset also uses flip correctly, but never in the same files where fa is used).
