Any chance of adding 2 skills to spam merge? #157

hi! first id like to say as a new user the addon is awesome! i play a havoc demon hunter and noticed that my death sweep and annihilation aka the upgraded skill when im in meta/demon form do not have options to merge? is there any way i could get you to add those in? heck if anything id be happy with jsut death sweep haha. thanks a ton! <3
