Racial Tab + Some spells #160

Added Racial Tab for Racial spell (containing only void elf at the moment, code may not be as good as yours because i'm not good at lua :) and i still had troubles understanding the whole mechanics of the code ) Added multiple spells for DK/warlock/priests/mage/hunter

Included Znuff patches

Thank you for your contribution. I'm not active in WoW, right now, so I'm not sure if I want to post to CurseForge (I can offer no support). If you are willing to help there too, I can add you to the Curse project.

I'm not fully certain i understand the whole code, plus lua isn't a language that i master .... The wow development is also kind of dark for me :S I'm glad i can help but i'm not sure i'll be able to fully support, i also updated things for shadowlands but it's not compatible with retails so i'll make a pull request when the wow api 9.0 will be out. (Fixing libs (import from ace3) and configuration windows + added some spells).

I kind of have problem to work with git so i don't really wan't to make mistake ><
