Some merging improvements

• Remove Chi Burst duplicate from Brewmaster specialization. (https://github.com/dandruff/xCT/commit/cc7ffb9c8a63a53fe9ca8c2831df243f758e84a7)

  It had the same ID twice by accident, and used the exact same ID as the "all specs" section.

• Add merge for Lightless Force weapon enchant proc. (https://github.com/dandruff/xCT/commit/4feff9b60695455160d514b3c5917dd4dd216301)
• Add alias for "special" Essence Font that is triggered when using Faeline Stomp as Mistweaver.
• Add merge for Faeline Stomp.

  However for Windwalker there will be a problem where the healing is merged with the bonus damage that their stomp does. Not sure if there's any way to merge them separately? Couldn't see anything looking at the configuration and code.

Faeline Stomp is interesting. In the combat log, are the same spell IDs used for both damage and healing? I'll probably just merge it anyway.

Well for Mistweaver and Brewmaster, the damage is by spell id 327264 and healing by 345727. But all specs has a small "bonus" feature on the spell, so for brewmaster tanks, their stagger is more efficient against enemies standing inside it, mistweaver triggers a essence font bolt, and for windwalker, that's just some bonus damage

Up to 5 enemies caught in the faeline suffer an additional (65% of Attack power) damage

And that damage seems to use the same ID as the healing.
