Update of spells #220

To review ! Update spells including other old cleanups pr from obusk etc.

Updated to include Evoker dmg spells. Updated priest shadow/shaman/hunter/dh/warlock I didn't tried all specs to add spells some may still be spamming (talent from warlock demonology : portal creat random invoks so i didn't catched all !)

I hope it can help :) Btw, i don't really know why evoker heal show spells from shadowland covenants! I may have not added the right way (but it seems it was ok !)

You should probably refactor this pull with only the relevant changes. In this PR you have stuff from 2020...?
