Live Activities for deployment updates #104

It'd be so awesome if as a deployment was building, Zeitgeist started a live activity and Dynamic Island activity showing which stage it's in + whether it's failed or succeeded.

Hey @tobyab! This is a great suggestion and may actually be one solution to #107. Background push notifications have an opaque limit, but Live Activities seem to have a higher update budget. I’ve started work exploring Live Activities for Zeitgeist and will refer to this issue for any major updates in this space.
