Allow “Run at startup” option #3

It would be nice if in the right-click menu, we exposed a “Run at startup” boolean option.

After some very scientific research, I’ve decided that instead of creating this as an option, it’d be nicer to just link to Apple’s Help on the subject of running an app at login.
