Expanding widgets #3

Need to support widgets in vertical/horizontal layouts to expand to fill the parent. Not yet sure what the best way to specify/implement this is yet.

Mostly completed here: 7457c9c1976da3d056480d2b1f18afeeb6ff5eaf

Padding doesn't work perfectly yet.
