minor Bug: Battle Tower zone sign is blank #107

The sign near the east entrance to Battle Tower is blank. I suspect this is because the sign in the middle of this map is used as the Fly point and describes what the Battle Tower is.

I believe this is corrected on my end, but might not have made it into 1.2
