minor Bug: Rocket Grunt sentence flow and darkens world #115

Cerulean Rocket in the backyard of the robbed house says "over a some TM", and when leaving and dropping the TM the screen gets darker. Entering a room and leaving will restore world brightness to correct levels.

Should be fixed. Added a flee sound and a delay. Let me know if it's not.
