Exp sharing seems wrong. Expected behaviour is for example if the foe would give 1000 exp and you used 2 Pokémon, they would get 500 each, adjusted for EVs.
actual behaviour is they all get the full amount adjusted by EVs. See here, blastoise got 781, clefairy 2254. This was for fainting foe flareon at level 24.
