Bug: Oak Aide "Cedar" remains in Route 10 Pokemon Center #94

Cedar remains in the Route 10 Pokemon Center after giving the player an item. This prevents the player from encountering her in other areas of the game later and as a result, players cannot obtain the exp share, itemfinder, amulet coin, etc.

Potentially related to #61
