I've completed the improvements discussed in the QOL issue.
I've produced a batch and validated it works as expected.
I tried to reuse as much content as possible from the initial README, and updated as appropriate.
Additional guide for automated PCB assembly added.
Changes are listed in v1.1_buildnotes.md. (This project has been ongoing for 6 months - i may have forgotten some of the tweaks)
I'm going to submit an acrylic case as a separate PR. (parts in the mail!)
I went with v1.1 in the docs, because the handedness pin is the only electrical change, and that will work with the 1.0 QMK.
